Column #whatever, on gay marriage. I've actually received quite a few compliments on this one around the newsroom, the most gratifying coming from Richard, the DT's all-knowing libel advisor.

UPDATE: I actually received three complimentary emails—one from a fellow columnist, one from J. Random student, and one from a UT staff member—and zero critical Firing Lines. I thought I'd done well with this column when I finished, but I've been pleasantly taken aback at the all the praise. Goes to show you never can tell . . .
