So much to say

Driven by the ungodly caffeinated power of an iced mojo, I'm sitting here at 7.22 a.m., and I'm wide awake after spending the night editing about half my thesis. To kill time until the sun rises and the buses start running, I'll post all the stuff I missed over the last week, in reverse order.

The main reason I did it all in separate posts is to distinguish the comment threads, because I'm about to post early drafts of four of my thesis essays. Feel free to read them if you have a chance and leave some feedback — read one, read 'em all, any bit helps. Unfortunately, they contain a lot of stuff that made its first appearance here on the blog, so I hope that it doesn’t feel redundant for those kind souls who take the time to help. Please, at this point, these are early drafts, and I'm much, much more concerned with general edits dealing with the structure, flow, and overall interestingness (is that a word?) of the pieces. I'd rather not have them nit-picked apart; that's what advisers are for. And be sure, for my ego's sake, to mention if I did anything right.

(For the horde of ex-325Mers, right now, I'm a little scared of letting these go, so I have that same nauseous excited feeling we all had when we first let people read our amatuer sociology papers. Weird.)

Thanks, y'all.
