Nerds unite!

Below is a photo from D.C. that I forgot to upload. Left to right: Catherine and Tommy, of the blog Unrequisited Narcissism, and Kriston and Susan, of the in-the-works Beltway blog You Fucking Call This a Margarita?



Through some untraceable slutty chain of blog-swinging, most likely stemming from that craven liberal Matthew Yglesias, Catherine became a "frequenter" of Grammar.Police, and soon the two like-minded couples were united in a friendship held together by the strongest of bonds: booze. Oh, and that whole living in D.C. thing.

Interesting observation that blogs are a more effective friendship-making device than the perhaps ironically named Friendster aside, there is currently a debate raging on Catherine and Tommy's blog that demonstrates the huge intellectual achievements now possible thanks to the great manure pile for the brain that is the blogosphere. For this question is of the utmost importance:

In a battle between a flying shark and a flying crocodile, who would win?

Feel free to head over there and weigh in. There very fate of our generation may turn upon this one indispensible issue.
