Sleepy time

Sorry for the delay. I've got a whopper of a post in the works, including belated pictures from Hawaii. This weekend was full of visiting family and friends, so I didn't have much alone time with my mistress, the internet.

I will say this quickly, on the day Phil Jackson left the Lakers, Kobe opted out, and Shaq and T-Mac asked to be traded my dad, my brother, and I had a long conversation about all the different scenarios. My gut says: Shaq to Dallas (in a deal involving Nash), T-Mac to Houston (bye-bye, Francis), Kobe stays with the Lakers (for the sake of his pocketbook and his ego), and Rudy T makes a comeback. This would all make perfect sense, if only Dallas wasn't in the West. That fact might throw the whole Shaq deal out of whack. It's just tough for me to figure out which other competitive teams would want to so thoroughly overhaul their lineups.

Regardless, S.A. hopefully keeps its core of Duncan, Parker, and Ginobes, and life is good.
