Ack
Damn, that last post was clunky. I actually signed on to blog tonight to solicit your advice one last time. I have 17 candidates for a final portfolio. I'd like to whittle it down to a final 13 or 14. Here the three decisions I need to make.
First, I have six pictures that have a dark tone to them, either taken at night or featuring silhouettes or both. I think four would be a good number for the final cut. Now in all of these considerations, keep in mind that variety is important: variety of subject, composition, perspective, tones — as Justin Glasson put it, any redundancy must be struck, Trimble-style.

Okay, then there's my portraits. Four under consideration. I think three would be appropriate for the set.

Finally, I'm wondering if I should include this picture, mainly because it demonstrates I can shoot a bland assignment and come away with something interesting:

Okay, and that'll do it. I've stayed up, oh, two hours two late, again!
